About Sandi:
The greatest experience I can offer to my clients is the tremendous number of personal moves and relocations I have had. I have lived in Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Arizona, California, Illinois and North Carolina. I have personally bought and sold condominiums, houses and investment properties. I know what buyers and sellers need and want, and understand the issues they face. My clients receive low pressure and high performance.
My background is diverse. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Bryant University. My Masters degree is in Distributive Education (the education of distribution and marketing) from the University of Arizona. Positions I have held include: Instructor for Advertising, Marketing and Management at Community College. Buyer for Department Stores. General Manager and Advertising Director for a five store fine jewelry chain. President of a specialty toy store. I know how to design a winning strategy for home sales. I know how to negotiate for the best price and terms in real estate purchases.
I am the proud mother of two college students. My daughter is attending George Mason University in Virginia, and my son is attending The University of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania. They have taught me patience, endurance, and the ability to perform well in difficult situations.
My greatest loves are family, people, real estate and pottery (I spend my spare time at the wheel). I am passionate about my work, deriving great joy from helping others buy and sell their small piece of this great country.
